Review of mother! (2017) by Buddah — 22 Sep 2017

I saw this movie the day it came out and it has taken me this long to recover from this atrocity of "art". I say "art" because anyone that gives this a positive review sees it as such.

While my favorite food is pizza, there is plenty of bad pizza in the world. This "art" is one of the worst of it's kind. If I wasn't so curious to see where this movie was going in the madness it presented over the length of film, then I would've left the theater early.

I can only think of one movie that I wanted to leave the theater early more, and that was Eraserhead. If it wasn't for the sheer beauty of Jennifer Lawrence, I would give this movie a "0".

I find it very hard to give anything a "0", so that is my excuse for this one. This is not a spoiler so much as a warning, the last 30 minutes of chaos is very hard to watch just to get to the ending.

So beware of this if you are brave enough to see it because of all those positive reviews. If I can change one person's mind, then this review served it's purpose.
