Just saw mother! And I loved it. I don't want to say much about it, but if you are willing to watch a movie and suspend your disbelief for a very visually interesting period of time and want more than the typical hollywood movie experience, I would give it a go.
People were leaving the theatre and the teenagers in front of us were confused and angry - but my friends and I chatted about it for a good half an hour afterward excitedly. It inspired me as a filmmaker and totally drew me in as a spectator.
