This movie is totally open to interpretation. It does not preach and allows the viewer to make of it what they will. Reading all these reviews seems to inform me more about what is inside the viewer and less about what the movie is about.
Though it's subject is harsh and ugly, as a work of art I thought it was beautiful and satisfying. And it still has me thinking 2 days later. It works as a piece of expressionistic art but less so as entertainment.
I appreciated that it allowed me to come to my own conclusions.
