Review of mother! (2017) by Jung Y — 14 Sep 2017
The movie is a gut punch, and a wake up call to all of humanity. That said I thought the ending was perhaps a bit too literal, but it was effective at driving home the message. I couldn't take my eyes of the screen, despite wanting to very often in the last 20 mins.
Also this was Jennifer Lawerence's best performance ever. She wasn't saving the world, she was the world that needs saving.
