MOTHER! Total art film, a couple hours of weird, annoying, obnoxious frustration. If that was the intention, then it was a success. If you are seeking entertainment, avoid like the plague. Yes if you want to deconstruct and analyze it as a work of art with a deeper and very complex message, there is something to work with and appreciate.
But I would never recommend this to anyone other than ultra art film types.
