I'm giving it 3 stars for two reasons only.
1- I am not a religious person and I am amused by interesting depictions of religious mythology.
2- Jennifer Lawrence's see-through nightie.... oh yeah.
Weird movie people; really weird. I understand that is the entire point, among other points, but in order to keep contemporary movie-goers happy, a film maker should at least attempt to entertain and not just convey a message. Watch it if you find religion weird and kinda funny as I do and you will at least be interested in how the story is told.
I repeat: weird movie.
