The movie is soooo sweet. It isn't the best kitchen movie I have seen ( The Touch of Spice is more capable of demonstrating culinary art, far more sensuous), but I like the way it portrays the stubbornness of chefs.
The cinematography is sophisticated. The best German film on my list.
