Alan Warner was never going to be easy to translate to the big screen. This a beautifully opaque take on the complex enigma that is Morvern Callar. Anti-heroine. Chancer. Blagger. Minimal dialogue. No resolution.
Quality soundtrack. Wallow and rewind.
