Review of Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997) by Corey N — 29 Apr 2010
This is a sequel to the first Mortal Kombat movie. This one does not live up to the original. Sure the original was not that great but it was far better then this sequel. Most of the original cast from the first film are not back for this.
The F/X and the action sequences are solid. It was the overall story and dialogue that was the weak point. But if you were a fan of the first movie or enjoyed the Mortal Kombat video games then you may want to check it out.
