This sequel sucked so much ass, the first movie was excellent, but this one's so stupid, the special effects are shit, almost everybody got recasted(except for Liu Kang and Kitana), the costumes look like cheap B-movie halloween costumes, so many characters jump in without explanation and either disappear or they die quickly, there's not much good fight scenes, half of the characters are fucked up(Shao Kahn is Raiden's brother?, Shinnok is their father?, Smoke has moves like Sektor?, WHAT THE FUCK?!) but I do like the soundtrack.
