Review of Mortal Kombat (1995) by Baurushan J — 04 Oct 2011
Probably the only good adaptation I've seen in all time but here this is my review of the all time kickass video game adaptation, Mortal Kombat. the video game was originally very popular and so therefore the studios decided to put there heads together and think of a movie.
the film stars Linden Ashby as Johnny Cage (who was my favourite character), Bridgette Wilson as Sonya Blade, Christopher Lambert as Raiden, Robin Shou as Liu Kang and Talisa Soto as Kitana. It's just about the five friends hunting the villains Including Scorpion and Sub-Zero and Liu Kang taking revenge on Shang Tsung after he killed his brother.
It's a cheesy fun and great action-packed experience and I see no reason why people hated the film but I liked it. Unfortunately this film was directed by Paul W.S. Anderson who later went onto buttfuck the Resident Evil Franchise.
But so therefore, here's my final score. Mortal Kombat gets a 10/10.
