As a third culture kid who did the opposite...grew up in Germany and came back to a US obsessed with hip hop, etc...this movie hits the spot.
And, with a child entering this stage of life, it also hit the spot.
A well crafted movie, with an interesting story (though a trope coming of age story) that was very well done.
Really...really well done. Worth a watch!
