Review of Morning Glory (2010) by Norma D — 23 Jan 2012
Rachel McAdams gets hired to be producer of the Morning Show on station IBS (isn't that the initials of Irritable Bowel Syndrome as well?) anchored by Diane Keaton, and, after some strong coaxing and blackmail, Harrison Ford, an old time news anchor who misses the days of investigative journalism.
Diane is more the happy go lucky, let's do anything as long as it saves the show kinda person and the complete opposite of Harrison who goes out of his way to be a thorn in the side of humanity. As Rachel starts to grow on him and gradually gain his respect will it be enough to keep him from undermining the show, or will he drink the Kool-Aid and conform to what is expected of him?
