Review of Morgan (2016) by Brian S — 25 Jun 2017
Morgan is a compitent film, in terms of quality, the acting is believable, the cinematography is beautiful and the action scenes are well done, considering it's not a blockbuster flick. But despite all that, the film failed to completely entertained me, and, what I felt to be the main problem with this movie is that it's a Twilight Zone type story that could have been done in 30 minutes, but is stretched into an hour and a half.
And, I can't really understand why Ridley Scott, the man behind some of my favorite movies like Alien (1979), Blade Runner (1982) and Gladiator (2000) would take an interest in producing the film.
In my opinion, it is watchable, but it wouldn't make part in the best 2016 horror flicks, it barely deserves my 3 stars.
