Many times previews of movies give away the entire plot or ruin a movie, however in the case of Morgan I don't think the previews did the movie justice. This is a dark and strange movie that while it could've been better, was pretty cool.

It has a good cast and the writing is decent as well. Kate Mara does a great job in a very no nonsense way. There are some twists and turns that I saw coming but at least made the movie better then the previews lead it on to be.

I thought there could've been even more twists and turns that would've deepened the story line, but Morgan decided to keep things a little more simple. It is pretty easy to draw a comparison to last years sleeper of a movie Ex Machina, and Morgan isn't as good as that.

However, I don't think this will last in the theater very long, so it will make for a good rental.
