Review of Morgan (2016) by Stef T — 23 Feb 2018
Morgan is a dark, brooding, violent treatment of psychological horror sci-fi gone wrong. Anya Taylor-Joy does a chillingly good job as the science experiment alternately innocent and horrific. And Kate Mara does equally well as the cold, corporate operative come to clean things up.
Director of photography Mark Patten beautifully photographed Northern Ireland and British Columbia locations. It's a promising directorial debut for Ridley Scott's son Luke Scott.
