Ex Machina with less cool tech involvement and less twist. I really wanted it to evolve into something better, the same way I kept hoping the characters in GoT would stop talking so much and that more action and CGI coolness would be added to that series.
Instead, in both, I get gore and bore and end up stop watching 3/4 of the way through.
