Morgan is a generic thriller that lack a compelling story. Let's start with the positives. The acting in the film is very good. Late Mara was good in the lead, and I really liked Anya Taylor-Joy as the title character.

The film had an opportunity to explore thought provoking ideas. Unfortunately, it doesn't. The first half tries to be interesting but instead becomes boring. The second half is straight up action that is downright stupid.

The editing is very poor in the action scenes. There are too many cuts. Overall, the film doesn't do anything new with its premise. It doesn't mix any of its genres well, and wastes a talented cast in a dull and boring thriller.
