Review of Moonwalker (1988) by Morganna K — 28 Aug 2009
The music is amazing of course, and the Leave Me Alone and Smooth Criminal parts are phenomenal, but the "story" part makes no sense and Pesci's bad guy is so over-the-top evil that it's funny.
"I just want to get kids high!"... nice. It's a ridiculously self-indulgent movie, and at least MJ seemed to enjoy being in it, so whatever. Fun to watch. 5 stars for the music and dancing, 1 star for the story part (and the stupid Speed Demon bit).
