Review of Moonstruck (1987) by Aksel E — 01 Jan 2008
This is a screenwriter's dream. I can't think of such a harmonious script, deservedly the recipient of the 1987 original screenplay statuette. The performances are not undeserving either. Cher would never achieve anything like this (in cinema or in the music industry) again.
The supporting cast is (Olympia Dukakis, Vincent Gardenia) is another highlight.
