Weird, cute little dialogue-driven rom-com, focusing on the quirkiness of NYC Italian Americans. Script, perfs, prod design all awesome. When you think about what Cher chose to wear in her own time in those days, you'll appreciate how much she's stretching herself.
They don't make big budget picks like this anymore, sedate and quirky, rich with ensemble goodness. "Snap out of it!".
