Review of Moonrise Kingdom (2012) by Cabrita — 01 Jun 2012
I loved this film and laughed the whole way through. Wes Anderson's poetic moonrise kingdom will pull some in and make them laugh their heads off while others will feel alienated and cold. I was completely transported into the world of the characters through Anderson's great choice of music and poetic imagery.
The only thing I could say is that it's the best film of the year so far.
