Anderson finds with moonrise Kingdom one of his best and most inspired story. His unique style is here fully mastered to better serve this incongruous story about a kid wanting to escape with his girlfriend and live away from the adult oppressing world.
The cast is once again brilliant and the characters extremely well written. Probably my favorite to this day.
