Review of Moonrise Kingdom (2012) by Griffin W — 10 Apr 2016

Yet another studiously designed Wes Anderson film that I loved from start to finish, regardless of how realistic or unrealistic it might be, which I know is a big criticism leveled at the director by a lot of people.

This was a charming story of two little oddball kids who fall in love, much to the consternation of their parents and authorities and run away, with almost everyone on their tiny island home in pursuit.

Recommended.
