The visual imagination of Wes Anderson really took me to a magical world in Moonrise Kingdom, even when the characters appeared so alien to me. I couldn't relate to his version of time & place but so dazzling is his craft that I was deceived by it.
Cheeky it may sound but he's the only guy to have made Bruce Willis leap off a residential house this side of Die Hard franchise!
