Review of Moonraker (1979) by Adam U — 20 Feb 2012

This time James Bond is off to space to foil another plot to kill everyone on earth by some lunatic who wants to restart society.

It features lasers, an epic space battle, and Bond villain favourite Jaws by the bucket load in some of his most memorable scenes, one of my particular favourite parts is where he and James Bond hold off having a fight as a gang of revellers samba past them in Rio...at first Jaws tries to resist the tide of people but eventually gives up and just boogies off in the background where you can still see him having a whale of a time later in the scene. Rio is also the place of course where even Jaws can find love (after being smashed with a cable car.).
