Review of Moonraker (1979) by Westleigh Q — 10 Aug 2013
Certainly not one of the most typical Bond films, but definitely one of the most memorable. With the explosion of Star Wars popularity in the late seventies, 007 takes to space to bring down a megalomaniacal billionaire intent on destroying all of humanity.
Complete with astronaut battles, laser guns, and huge space stations, Moonraker is brilliant, assuming you can suspend disbelief long enough to enjoy it.
