Review of Moonlight Mile (2002) by Walter M — 23 Apr 2005
Wasn't all that interested in this film until I saw Grey's Anatomy.
on TV. I was so impressed with Ellen Pompeo, I decided to rent it. While you can find fault with the slightly unbelievable story line and a too good to be true ending, the film's cast shines. Sarandon and Hoffman are great as the parents and Gylenhall is perfect in this difficult roll. It's Pompeo who makes this film for me. After seeing her in Grey's Anatomy I was pleased to see that she has more than one note. This performance is worth the price of admission by itself. .
