Review of Moonlight (2016) by Sylvester K — 27 Feb 2017
It's not a good start when a film makes you dizzy. Moonlight has honestly one of the worst cameraworks, Blair Witch Project probably was more tolerable. The story is not really deepy or complex, but rather it looks at the hypocrisy of characters in our lives and how they shaped us.
The movie touched on many of the social taboos though it didn't offer any positive solution to the issues faced by the characters, in fact violence as promoted as the solution. While I appreciate the raw acting, it is nowhere remarkable or enticing to view Moonlight.
