Review of Moonlight (2016) by Taija H — 04 Mar 2017
If you think art should challenge us then maybe you'll embrace Barry Jenkins' nearly perfectly crafted film, Moonlight. This film is quite the accomplishment , not just for its unique narrative development , rather for its realistic qualities from its characters, themes, and environment that despite being labeled as a "gay, coming of age story" are quite universal that all empathetic individuals can get identify with.
A thought provoking tale about the human condition that's a must-see! The cinematography is also out-of-sight.
