Review of Moonlight (2016) by Tor M — 01 May 2017
I know that Moonlight is "The Emperor's New Clothes" of movies, and you're not supposed to say anything bad about it, but the emperor is naked and this movie is terrible. It's a completely pretentious and horribly tedious film in both structure and content.
This feels like a student film, only not as enjoyable. The Academy got it wrong -- this should not be a Best Picture winner.
