Review of Moonlight (2016) by Diego Z — 24 Feb 2017

Great acting, beautifully filmed and a great direction. Although, the story feels boring and not really enjoyable. Black, gay, bullying victim and drug dealer (am I missing something?), all packed in a character totally absurd, pitiful and miserable.

While it is a well done movie, I feel like I've seen all these characteristics before, the film feels like a flooded glass of water, it carries much more things that it can handle.
