Review of Moonlight (2016) by Millo T — 02 Jun 2017
Between 2.5 and 3 (but the last half star is just by the issue it talks about). Yes, it is good that they make movies about vulnerable colectivities. Yes, the movie has some moments in which you feel sympathy about people who suffers.
However, you always have the feeling that the movie moves alongs pathways you have already seen, or you can imagine about. To be Best Picture-Academy Prize winner, not much powerful, but in certain moments.
