Review of Moonfleet (1955) by Paul C — 03 May 2008
Stewart Granger in one of his better roles, with a fine supporting cast including George Sanders and Joan Lockwood. Interesting smuggling film in the vein of 'Jamaica Inn' from a book that is prescribed text in British schools.
Better each time you see it, and could imagine it was scary in parts when it was first shown.
