Review of Moon (2009) by Ankur B — 02 Sep 2014
Sam Rockwell's brilliant double-role makes Moon a triumphant minimalistic psychological drama. Duncan Jones focuses the audience's interest on the character study portion of the film, and explores the various emotions the astronaut experiences in his existential crisis.
Moon is a one man tour de force which rests on Rockwell's scrawny shoulders, but the versatile actor manages to intensify the entire encounter with his invigorating performance.
