Review of Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975) by Michael H — 18 Jun 2012
The Holy Grail is a comedy from Britain from the guys who made Monty Python. King Arthur and his men of the round table are off to find the holy grail *SPOILERS: Which they never find* in this epic quest of jokes. Some of the jokes in this movie are gorey and violent which should have made this a R rated picture. We see all of a man's limbs cut off, random crushings, unnessacary sword fights, a flesh eating bunny and a monster that eats people. There are some sex jokes but they are mild. All the funny parts are in the beginning of the film but there are not enough jokes to make me laugh hard. I do not hate this movie. I like it.
81/100 B.
