I once said Monty Python may be the greatest contributors to comedy in the history of Western Civilization. I stand by that, it is not hyperbole and this movie is their Apex creation, the pinnacle of what they did best.
It is not just the funniest movie that is or likely ever will be. It is one of the only purely wonderful things in my history. It has been my honour and good fortune to have had this movie in my life.
