What other movie is there, where every single line is memorable and makes a good quote. EVERY. SINGLE. LINE. It's brilliant and doesn't waste a second. Well, unless the animated pieces really aren't your thing, in which case you could say it wastes a few seconds on those.
You'd be wrong, but you could say it. You could also say, "WATCH THE SHRIMP DANCE THE BLUE NOSE FANGLETROUSERS THREE TIMES AT SUNSET," quite loudly as well. Equally wrong.
