I am 21, and I saw this film because I studied abroad in France. I visited Monte Carlo a few times during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised with this film. It's a feel good, fun movie. I thought Selena Gomez did a decent job, but I love Kate Cassidy and Leighton Meester.
They both gave great performances. Yes, the story is predictable, but it's entertaining, beautiful to look at, and the film has a good soundtrack. I highly recommend "Monte Carlo.".
