With an interesting idea, a cute story, a fine script full of okay dialogue, a great cast headed by Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester, Katie Cassidy, Luke Bracey and Cory Monteith, perfect directing by Thomas Bezucha, funny scenes and sequences, a nice message full of heart and a wonderful pace and flow, Monte Carlo is basically Roman Holiday in reverse, but has lots of laughs and fun along the way.
