Review of Monsters vs Aliens (2009) by Zack S — 15 Aug 2011

Monsters vs. Aliens is a really fun, really good animated film. Quite original too! I gotta say though, Dreamworks isn't as great as Pixar when it comes to animated films. They did do one I didn't like, Bee Movie in 2007.

Still, when given the right material, they can really make a solid animated film great for the whole family to enjoy. I especially really liked the voice acting here. The cast did a really nice job bringing these characters to life, and it's worth it because they are quite likable and fun to watch.

I also really liked the story as it was easy to follow not to mention fun and entertaining. I really wish I saw this in 3D, it would have been great. I didn't expect much from this, but I really enjoyed it.
