Dreamworks is going down the hole. The first time you see this movie, you love it and want to see it again. Second time you see it you just ask yourself.
"What the hell?" Colbert delivers incredibly as the president and is the highlight of the film. Still an above average film, however, not one of those movies you're going to love a second time around.
