Loved it-it was adorable, positive and uplifting. It didn't take the easy way out either by promoting the typical, positive thinking outlook that says you can be good at ANYTHING if you just want it bad enough and try hard.
Mike was not scary and never would be no matter how much he wished he WAS. He still found a way to make his dream come true though; he just had to alter it a little and help Sully be the best scarer HE could be.
Of course in Monsters Inc none of that even mattered. Mike was able to put his talents to use in making children LAUGH.
