Review of Monster's Ball (2001) by Lilianetty L — 13 Jan 2009

I didn't actually think it was that great of a film, I was quite disappointed cuz like everyone who I spoke to about it had said it was really good. But for what Heath Ledger was in of it, he was outstanding!

I can see why they cast him as Ennis Del Mar in Brokeback Mountain from seeing his character in this.

After he .... (don't wanna spoil it for those who haven't seen it and people who have should know what I'm talking about) I couldn't stop crying for like half an hour haha.

I thought the acting was great but I dont see the Oscar performance from Halle Berry tbh :S.
