Review of Monsoon Wedding (2001) by Kristy M — 22 Jun 2009

Several different stories that intertwine quite well. Actors were excellent and believable at all times. I was impressed with the addition of the Ria storyline that made the movie less fluff and more real.

For that alone, it far exceeds the American counterpart "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" (though I liked that one too.) Excellent movie with a genuine feel.
