Chaplin was amazing. I am by no means an aficionado of film, but this was wonderful. I can see how others have borrowed from this performance. David Suchet's Poirot for instances. I even saw flashes to Clouseau.
It's clear that this genius has influenced countless others. I intend to watch it again and again..
