1/4 of this film is insanely nightmarish and F'ed up. Sadly, the other 3/4 is juvenile, obnoxious and irritating. But the hellish and creatively disturbing visuals of the first half are worth seeing for their ultimate bad-trip vision of hell (or, rather, coma-induced nightmare).
