Review of Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan (2007) by Nadine S — 27 Jun 2009
Rousing battle sequences and a romance all within the same film...who would have thunk it! Cinematography is visually stunning. I went in not knowing a great deal about Genghis Khan so I don't know if the film's portrayal of this historic figure is accurate or leaning towards artistic license.
Still an enjoyable 2hrs.
