Review of Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan (2007) by Andrew F — 02 Apr 2010

A film about the boy who grows up to become the ruler of the largest empire known to man and the most succesful war leader ever to have walked the earth.

It's a well made and well acted film (thankfully hollywood didn't get their hands on it or we would probably have been told that the mongols were actually americans.) and it looks like they have stuck to being as historically correct as possible which makes a refreshing change.
