Review of Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan (2007) by Pedro T — 10 Feb 2013

I expected good things from this film and I was not disappointed. The cinematography is absolutely lush and demands to be seen on the big screen. I thought the performance of the cast was consistently strong and they leant a great degree of humanity to this most epic of stories.

I do hope the sequel is approached in the same manner...
